Change asset rendering to be asset link to asset page #77

Currently assets render like BTC [NaoBTC] where NaoBTC links to the issuer account and BTC is plain text. Replace this with just "BTC" that links to the Asset page specific to that BTC token.

Additionally out an onhover that shows the issuer (in this case NaoBTC) so it can still be determined without navigating to the asset page.
