Conversations that have been closed should not appear in "continue conversation" area #720

After closing a conversation, the user might get confused with the UI telling them to "continue the conversation", and then frustrated after they click on it and see that they cannot actually do it.

I think that just changing the use of language it could be less painful for the users (and support agents behind those chats).

Instead of "Continue the conversation" it could just say "History of chats" or "Previous conversations". Just to keep them in the record, but not to incite the user to reopen them (bc they won't be able to, or they might not be attended by the agent).
