In the situation where the chemical substance under study is very unique, it may not be possible to find chemical identifiers/descriptors for the compound on pubchem etc... In this case, the code should default to using the metadata in the data file to file the DB and create the substance JSON-LD file.

Example file: acs.jced.5b00047_8.jsonld
