OpenSSL 3

Hey guys,

Looks like you're currently pinned to a dependency on openssl ~> 2.1. Any plans on supporting a newer version of the gem (3.0 perhaps?) which would open up support for OpenSSL 3.

Hey! Sorry for the late response!

For the record, after this discussion was started support for OpenSSL 3 was added in 2.5.2 and support for OpenSSL 3.1 was added in 3.0.0.
