Description:
Set up tools for automatically generating project documentation from docstrings and module structure.

Acceptance Criteria:

Set up Sphinx with autodoc for Python documentation
Configure dependency graphs using pydeps
Create a basic documentation structure with introductory content
Add build scripts for documentation generation
