Support  x-www-form-urlencoded data to API url

Im working on a side project and the project has a very limited function to make web requests. It basically doesn't support JSON payloads. 

I think it would be a great option if Notify supported x-www-form-urlencoded data in the POST url's so to send email and sms messages.
