I am experimenting with cdQA on my local windows 10 system.

opened jupyter notebook and tried to run tutorial-first-steps-cdqa.ipynb .Now I am getting the following error . Any one came across this error ?

same with another tutorial-use-pdf-converter.ipynb example

I am getting this error only when I try to run this from corporate network. How to get around this error ?
