My perfect spa temperature is 42°C (107.6°F).

The digital display panel on my Saluspa heater only goes up to 40°C. Ostensibly, this is because their lawyers advised them to ignore anything above 40°C, which is the maximum legal temperature in many regions.

I use a secondary heater to get that extra 2 degrees.

Perhaps the API will also only report the temperature up to 40°C. But if there is a way to circumvent that artificial cap, it would really improve the quality of my life. It would also make my setup much safer, as I would be able to have HA turn off my secondary heater when the Saluspa reaches 42°C.

Either way, thank you so much for this integration... it is a huge asset.
