Support synthesizing to helm from the in code synth method on App

Description of the feature or enhancement:

Support synthesizing to helm from the in code synth method on App. Is there a reason the helm synth is only available on the cli besides just haven't been able to add it into the App method?

Use Case:

I would like to run synthesis in code automated for different environments rather than in cli and have the output be helm charts.
