Hi @cdcseacave,
I tried generating a textured mesh using openmvs and tried different values of sharpness weight for low value i get blurrness in the mesh but edges are blended nicely and not so much visible but when i increase its value i get more clearity in the mesh and less blurrness but it causes edges to less blended and visible as black so the quality is not good how to make the mesh less blur and edges to be blended nicely.

Indeed, that param is not very well tested. Pls feel free to improve it. As far as I remember, it sharpness directly the texture image, which as you guessed it does not perform well at the boundaries, so to improve it it needs to be performed somehow in the texture space. For ex augment each texture patch image with a boundary projected from neighbor patches, and only then perform sharpness
