Preconditions: User should be logged out, Vault is locked

Steps to reproduce:

  2. Click on 'Sign in'
  3. 'Sign In' with Casper Signer
  4. Open some pages, i.e. Block, Deploys, and then Contracts
  5. Go to the Testnet (Click on 'Testnet' in dropdown menu in the top right corner of the page)
  6. Click on 'Sign in'

A defect cannot be repeated every time. Sometimes everything works as should irrespective what I do. I didn't notice any specific reasons / conditions for the Signer crash. In the console, when I clicking on "Sign In' button, there is an error: "Uncaught (in promise) {message: 'Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.'}". Log in attachement. It can be the same problem as #329
