Update page of list of members/partners

To be done during the first full week of April:
EDIT: The changes listed below can be ready for the 2 April launch date, knowing that even though we will list "Members and Partners" it will actually only be members at the beginning. Updating queries to include Partnerships and Membership together will be done later in April.

• https://carpentries.org/support/membership/member-list/ should redirect to https://carpentries.org/support/partnership/partner-list/
• Update page title to "Out Current Members and Partners"
• The page should list all member/partner organizations without distinguishing between members and partners, and without distinguishing levels

Note this issue is only about the member list page. It does not address the changes that will need to be made to the membership info page or membership FAQ page, or other references to membership in other parts of the website.
