Rename StagedParticipantGroup #522
Description
participantGroups also still documents "deployment IDs", but that must group IDs, now. Slightly related, the naming/documentation of StagedParticipantGroup doesn't feel spot on. It starts out staged, for sure, but it seems a bit of a misnomer once deployed. :) Since we plan to allow to update this even after deployment (name change, for example), we should maybe start thinking about a better name.
