More Expected Participant Data Types

We need more - like:

• device_id - the id of the device handed out to a participant
• note - a general note about the participant
• phone_number - we might be able to pick this up automatically on the phone?
• occupation - this might be a multiple choice (see e.g. the UX study from @ishathuse)
• educational_degree - the highest education degree (see below)
• onboarding_researcher - the name and id of the researcher who onboarded this participant
• language - the preferred language by the participant

For educational degrees, we can use 🌍 International Standard Versions.

When surveys need cross-country comparability, they use the ISCED framework (UNESCO):
• ISCED 0–1: Primary
• ISCED 2: Lower secondary
• ISCED 3: Upper secondary
• ISCED 4: Post-secondary non-tertiary
• ISCED 5: Short-cycle tertiary
• ISCED 6: Bachelor level
• ISCED 7: Master level
• ISCED 8: Doctoral level
