The Product Experience Metrics workstream seeks to deliver a product experience frameowrk and measuremenet system for IBM Software platform products. Our goal is to measure and improve time-to-value (at trial, onboarding, core, use cases, and expansion) for IBM's platform products. We are also looking to instrument a majority of SaaS platform products for user behavior, telemetry, data-driven decisions in support of achieving increased usage.
At the start, we need to discover and track baseline metrics related to time to value as it exists today. A guiding question is "What does time to value mean today?"
