  • Draw out (in Visio!) how we might bring these features into coachmarks

Rolling this to next sprint, I have an "as built" drawing, need to explore how this might be constructed...

Looking at the 4 variants (beacon, floating, fixed, stacked) as 4 separate components currently, composability may change that.
