Resumo

Como mencionado no Readme, o projeto ainda não possui um CONTRIBUTING.md instruindo sobre como é possível contribuir para este projeto. Portanto, criar o arquivo com instruções mínimas (e futuramente adicionar algo mais passo-a-passo para quem não tem tanta experiência).
