Dear DrosEU,

I have used and greatly appreciated your scripts for analysis (thank you). I have ben asked to perform DN/DS analysis on a pool sample using the VCF.

This is not an issue, but a request for a pointer in the right direction: Do you know of a tools that will call DN/DS on a pooled sample VCF file?
