‣ deactivation category, assign all its courses to default category
‣ deactivation course, deactivate all its outlines and unassign them from their careers
‣ deactivation outline, deactivate the outline and unassign it from all its careers
‣ deactivation skill, just deactivate the skill and set outlines skill_id to 0
‣ deactivation of career, deactivate the career and unassign the outlines from it
