TC6: Fixing issues

‣ show all outlines without filters
‣ instead of cat and course codes, put their names
‣ column names and order: default name, name, default duration, duration
‣ remove (min)
‣ edit outline: save button should save and go back with the filter saved
‣ add column: skill name to both db and page ( columns in the page category, course, skill )
‣ filter using skill like category and course
‣ in the edit page of the outlines add dropdown for both category/course and skill
