Updated version of the com folder based on airlinetycoon02 and devpaw-de proposal

First release of the COM Folder :

• left encoder : firt part of the COM 1 standby freq
• right encoder : second part of the COM 1 standby freq
• encoder reset : swap COM 1 active and standby
• clic on COM 1 or standby : swap (seems more easy than encoders)
• one last input to display status and COM type
• background color : green = available

This is a test release (not for the market or forum) to validate UX
