Hi,
In the API I can see only 2 trims (https://docs.flightsimulator.com/html/Programming_Tools/Event_IDs/Helicopter_Specific_Events.htm) :

ROTOR_LONGITUDINAL_TRIM_SET
ROTOR_LATERAL_TRIM_SET

Do you see another one ?

I don't, and unfortunately I think even those are somewhat confusing/buggy ... I did see https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/helicopter-cyclic-trim-function/556937/10 on the topic
