Currently, when someone deletes an event or venue, they see this pop-up confirmation:
The lack of additional detail makes it hard for site gardeners to know whether something has been removed because it's a duplicate, incorrect, spam, or whatever. This can create a lot of extra work to make sure nothing is awry.
I would like there to be a form, possibly as part of that confirmation pop-up, that asks the user to select a reason for the item to be deleted. It could include both some pre-set reasons and an open form.
A later possible feature addition would be to give site admins the option to make this a deletion request, rather than a direct change. We'd have to consider what sort of admin interface would be required.
