[FEATURE] Plexamp instead of Spotify

What would you like to be added?

The current integration with Spotify in the shell and system controls is useful, but many users prefer to manage their personal music libraries. Replacing or complementing Spotify with Plexamp integration would provide significant value to users who rely on the Plex Media Server ecosystem for their music.

• Basic Controls: Enable standard playback controls (Play/Pause, Next/Previous Track, Volume).

• Metadata Display: Fetch and display currently playing track, artist, and album information in the shell/controls.

The shell already does this if your music player uses mpris. You can set the default music player using the config file, it's Spotify by default.
