Add time of failing build (to avoid e-mail bouncing)

Would it be possible to add the time of failures to the mail? We have various listserv mailing lists (which we don't all manage ourselves) that are set to bounce e-mails that have the same content as earlier mails.

The time when a failure occurred would be useful AND avoid this annoying problem of ours.
