Keyboard accessibility for legends and and tooltips

Hi, is there any updates for keyboard accessibility? I'm looking for the solution how to add keyboard functionality for graph that generated by c3.js.

I saw that there was issue created 2017 but it seems the issue is still open.
Also found this merge request on 2018 but it's still holding
