Publishing a Workflow to TS & installing it elsewhere

POC of steps needed to

• export a workflow
• define dependencies
• get it in TS
• install it elsewhere (with dependencies)

To Do

• add test data set to come along at install
• same for interactive tour

When publishing a workflow there is the option to go to MyExperiment. Why not have an option to publish it in the TS?

Steps

• create a new repository on TS 'unrestricted'
• export the workflow as a json & upload as .ga
• export svg for workflow: uploaded but does not visualise
• make repository_dependencies.xml with dependencies (automate this?)
• add test-data (should be able to pull this into Galaxy)
• also add output data for unit testing?

preferably all these files live in a github repo
