I’m particularly interested in the processed datasets used for training and evaluation, as referenced in the paper (e.g., the IMC datasets of lung, breast, and melanoma tumors). Would it be possible to obtain the preprocessed or ready-to-use versions of these datasets?
Having access to the data would be immensely helpful for reproducing your results, performing additional analyses, and possibly extending your method to related biological tasks.
