In our repo we're using a hook which may raise SkipNode. However, it's not immediately obvious to the user why the node wasn't applied, especially if there's a lot of output.

It would be nice if bundlewrap would show these nodes below the apply result (like there's currently connection errors).
Maybe this could also include items that have been skipped due to FaultUnavailable?
