Switch analytics for bullg.it to google analytics.

• makes it easier to add people, who can see the stats (no extra piwik account but just google)
• 1 thing less to maintain and update
• other projects can also have the code, so we can see the analytics on our projects more easy

Still haven't figured that out. Nearly ever google result says, that it isn't possible. 🤔
