Bullet library cmake config don't export BulletWorldImporter required by stuntrally #4381

This issue follow up my trouble to build vdrift and stuntrally with bullet double precision library.

The stuntrally issue:
stuntrally/stuntrally#107

The patch that export BulletWorldImporter lib required by stuntrally is here:

Maybe it would be a good idea to improve my change and contextualy import all the built libraries for inclusion in others projects ?
