@buke, It was simple to take greenodoo8 and run odoo9 under it.
I just replaced the source directory with the odoo9 source.
Also:
I had to install lessc (gets a "file not found: lessc" error otherwise). I used: https://github.com/duncansmart/less.js-windows
And then add that to the path in startup.bat. (don't use quotes around "%CD%", but just use plain %CD% in the path.
