The Network tracer collects all of Capybara's webdriver commands

Just wanted to report that I noticed that all of Capybara's webdriver HTTP calls are listed in Buildkite's test execution UI (see screenshot). I was unable to find a way to blocklist these, and they are both cluttering the Analytics results, and putting strain on Buildkite's servers.

Thanks @psbordjukov. This is definitely something we would like to improve but at present this work hasn't been scheduled.
