Macro buttons remain active while other programs are running #347

The macro buttons should only be active when the controller is in the "Ready" state. Currently, they remain active all the time and if a macro button gets clicked while something is running, it will automatically run after the current action is complete. This could cause the work piece from the previous program to be ruined.
