Notes incorrect on TECO/Westinghouse E510 VFD #338

The notes section on the Settings->Tool page for the TECO/Westinghouse E510 VFD are wrong. They say to set register 09-02 to a 3 for 9600 baud. However, a setting of 3 produces 38400 baud. The correct setting is 1'.
