The dateFormat (react-ui) function currently only uses the "LLL" moment format, but different formats such as "MMM DD HH:MM" might occasionally be desirable.

Additionally, it seems that the "LLL" format outputs a 12-hour (AM/PM) clock format instead of a 24-hour format as is used by my system and browser everywhere else.
