M1 Mac UI issues

I'm having some UI issues on my m1 Mac. Running through the tutorial for the first time I ran into the following issues:

1. The loading animation for downloading a model does not load properly the first time around. To see the pie chart animation filling in I have to start the download, go out of settings, and then go back in.
2. The text showing the download progress is all over the place. Sometimes it is at the very bottom right with not padding other times it is at the top left beneath the window controls, see attached screenshot.

I am seeing the same thing on my M1 Mac. In addition, if I quickly slide my mouse over the pie chart animation and off of the window, then the "stop" hover action remains visible until I hover my mouse over the window again.
