At this time, we're going to wait to see if sufficient demand comes up for these plugins to take on the long term maintenance. We've checked stats for previously published plugins on the BSR and found no usage of this plugin. Thank you for the contribution and we'll surely reopen (and credit your contribution) if we open this in the future. |

@pkwarren We would be very interested to leverage this plugin as we want to migrate all our service proto generation to a central repository powered by buf. Not having a such a plugin is a blocker for us. |

Added both latest Akka, and latest Apache 2.0 licensed Akka, as there are community members who do not wish to opt into the new license
