Crashes after installation

While installing on ubuntu 18.04, I got the following issue:

@bsaleil Yes, I tried manual installation and after it I can see options for plugin, but can't turn on it. I have Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with newest updates.

As you can see, I see options but can't change switcher. After click on error triangle I see black new screen, like it try to open Ubuntu Software:
