TPT is incorrect when no populations are loaded

When msmexplorer loads a graph but not its Populations.dat file, the TPT results are due to a uniform eqProb. I think that when doing TPT on a transition matrix with no Populations there should either be an error raised or it should compute the actual population vector (it's the first eigenvector of the transition matrix).
