Is it possible to skip only the "module wrapping" step in the build process?

HI, I would like to know if it is possible to export a have a js file that will be transpiled by babel and minified, but not wrapped by CommonJS?

I need this for Service Workers. It has to be a separate file because I don't want it updated every time I change something in the rest of the code. And it's only one file so there is no need to add all the CommonJS functionality, but I do need to transpile it and also minify it.
