Extend availability of reference files to other genomes?

I wonder whether it would be possible to get reference files for other genomes e.g. mm10? Specifically the curated TSS and gene boundary files.

Any updates on the availability of reference files for the mouse genome? Alternatively, is the code for converting refseq annotation to the consensus tss and gene files available somewhere?
