Claude 3 Haiku and Sonnet are missing their Learn more links in the model-intro popup

Found while testing #37825

Steps to Reproduce

1. install 1.67.76
2. launch Brave
3. click on Leo in the sidebar
4. type test and hit enter
5. click I understand
6. switch to the Claude 3 Haiku and Claude 3 Sonnet models
7. hover over their (i) icon
8. look for the Learn more link mentioned in Leo - Simplify AI model intro and add tooltip for more details #37825

Actual result:

For these two models, the Learn more link is missing

Expected result:

Should have a Learn more link which goes to https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/categories/20990938292237-Brave-Leo
