[Feature] add script to downsample wing disc images #58

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We have some sample wing disc data that is at higher resolution than we need for a fly wing disc atlas.
We would like a script to downsample it to 6x6x6 um isotropic resolution.
This should work similarly to https://github.com/brainglobe/brainglobe-template-builder/blob/main/examples/tadpole/1_downsample_source_images.py.
