This source seems to be lacking <Division> tags, but I don't necessarily see that as a problem if we have house votes recorded separately.

Unfortunately, it's missing some data. For example, http://www.ourcommons.ca/DocumentViewer/en/42-1/house/sitting-75/hansard#Int-9013002 (technically this falls under Appendix data, maybe?)
