I have the hansards pulling in now, but not yet parsed. Url cache has grown to 10gb!

I've sent the following to infohoc.

• http://www.noscommunes.ca/Content/House/412/Debates/118/HAN118-E.XML and http://www.noscommunes.ca/Content/House/412/Debates/118/HAN118-F.XML. The English version denotes no language change during intervention 8452479, whereas the French version does between ParaTexts 3834496 and 3834497.
• http://www.noscommunes.ca/Content/House/391/Debates/030/HAN030-F.XML includes an empty , absent in the English version.
• http://www.noscommunes.ca/Content/House/392/Debates/075/HAN075-E.XML defines a SubjectOfBusinessQualifier, but the French version notes it as ProceduralText instead. Odd!
• http://www.noscommunes.ca/Content/House/402/Debates/085/HAN085-F.XML has as blank SubjectOfBusinessQualifier for 2870025, whereas the English version qualifies as "Health".
• http://www.noscommunes.ca/Content/House/421/Debates/042/HAN042-F.XML fails to specify its MetaVolumeNumber as the English copy does (148).
• http://www.noscommunes.ca/Content/House/411/Debates/269/HAN269-F.XML has SubjectOfBusiness 8079738 with a qualifier of "Opérations gouvernementales et prévisions budgétaires", whereas the English version has no qualifier.

No fixed from infohoc, but I've done what I can with the current state of the data. Historical links would be nice (in the Session object?)
