Hi,

borg4win is a free BorgBackup implementation for Windows systems. It is a packaging of BorgBackup, Python, OpenSSH, Cygwin and other related tools to provide a complete and ready-to-use solution for secure, deduplicated backup.

It is available as a zip archive and can be initiated via borg4win.cmd script for interactive use. Both local and remote scenarios are tested successfully. However, you should confirm its suitability for your environment.

Downloads are available via our Github repo for free software, where you can register issues.

Please note:

borg on cygwin is considered experimental because it did not get too much practical testing yet. There is only limited support for metadata, so currently it is likely rather usable for simple use cases than advanced ones.
