What version of Bootstrap Email are you using?

v1.1.5

How are you compiling?

Tried both Ruby and online editor

Describe your issue

Using the responsive example shown here does not work for windows mail (windows 10) or outlook 365. It's been tested and works well on Gmail and apple mail.
