How to host my own Nitter instance?

The problem is that current set up in Nitter already doesn't work with guest accounts.

But this repo is still working. Does anyone know the way to deploy Nitter properly to be able host and get access to x accounts?

It works, you can self host. Indeed Iit works very good self-hoting.
