Currently, the ToC support is not ideal and achieving what a good REST API should. Namely, it does not provide a direct mapping to what other API endpoints (in this case data packages exist within it.

  • Implement direct mapping URLs of sub-packages
  • Restructure the contents of a ToC to be more clear / usable
  • Make use of / comment on this thread by @okfn
  • Make use of / comment on this thread as well
